The first time when we meet Larry, our home was only 10% ready. We had seen the floor plan but the way Larry explained how he is planning to construct the remaining 90% we were so impressed with him. Initially I was not sure if we want to get into a new construction since we didn't know whether he would deliver everything that was promised to us, what if he doesn't complete the house on time. Except for initial contracting phase, we never involved our realtor or lawyer during the whole construction period.
