Larry is simply one of the best Owners Representative Project Managers that I’ve had the pleasure working with here in New York City. On the project that we’ve been working on the past several years, Larry has possessed an incredible acumen to get things done within a complex framework from the management of the Ownership, Investment, Design and Marketing goals of the project down to the fine details and challenges of making the building a reality on site. I had the pleasure of working with Larry for several years while he was the Owner's Rep for a large developer in New York City. Larry is extraordinarily knowledgeable in the development and construction space. His technical acumen and knowledge around the project he was overseeing was very impressive. I was the risk manager for the project and worked closely with Larry on a daily basis. We built a fantastic rapport as he always treated myself and everyone on my team with great respect and we had a fantastic working relationship. I know Larry for close to 30 years. I have worked along side him as a contractor, he has acted as a contractor for me on projects I designed and we have collaborated on a project as a developer. In later years I have watched him take on projects with other contractors and developers that I am close to. In all these years he has excelled in each project and roll that he is accepted. He has been a driving force and invaluable asset in every case. He has extensive knowledge and experience in most disciplines related to construction and real estate development. Worked with Larry for several years, when he was in the Owner's Rep role for a large real estate development client. Issues arose during negotiation of the contract and during the project, and Larry handled all with great skill and diplomacy. Larry is extremely knowledgeable about construction management and operations, construction contracts, etc. He works extremely well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. I worked with Larry for 4 years on an incredibly challenging project in Manhattan, and have been impressed at his breadth of knowledge of construction, his wide network of consultants and colleagues and his ability to bring those two attributes together to get things done in a city where everything is difficult!
